Kuinka huolehtia piilolinsseistä?/How to take care of your contact lenses?

Tämä on minun tapani huolehtia lisseistäni,
sinun ei tarvitse tykätä tavasta.

This is my way to take care of my contact lenses.
You don't have to use this way or like this way. 

Varmista, että paikka missä aiot hoitaa linssisi, on puhdas.
Pese myös kädet huolella.
Make sure that your hands and the place where are you going

to take care of your lenses are/is clean

Ota linssineste pullo ja sen mukana tullut linssisuojus. 

Take lens liquid and the lens box which came with it. 

Avaa pullo ja kaada nestettä varasuojiin.
Open the bottle and pour the liquid in the lens box. 

Avaa linssisuojukset, missä piilolinssisi ovat.
Open the other lens box where you keep your lenses in the liquid. 

Ota linssi varovasti suojasta sormenpäälläsi ja aseta se kämmenellesi.
Kaada pudhasta linssinestettä linssin päälle suoraan pullosta.
Hiero linssiä varovasti kämmentäsi vasten. Älä käytä pesussa vettä.
Kun olet hieronut linssiä noin 30 sekuntia siirrä se varasuojaan.
Take the lens carefully from the liquid and put it on your hand.
Pour now, clear lens liquid on it and wash the lens with liquid.
DO NOT USE WATER!
When you have "rubbed" the lens carefully about 30 seconds,
put the lens to the other lens box, where is the clean liquid. 

Pese linssisuojukset lämpimällä vedellä ja kuivaa vessapaperilla 

tai talouspaperilla.
Rasioiden ja sen kansien pitää olla puhtaat ja kuivat.
Wash the lens box (where is the old liquid) with warm water,
and the covers too.
Dry them with toilet paper or kitchen paper.
The box and the covers have to be clean and dry. 

Siirrä piilolinssit kotelon pesun jälkeen omaan rasiaansa.
Remove the lenses to the clean lens box. 

Sulje kannet tiukasti kiinni, ettei nestettä pääse haihtumaan liikaa.
Close the covers tightly. 

Sulje pullo tiukasti, ettei nestettä pääse haihtumaan.
Close the liquid bottle carefully. 

Pese varasuojat samalla tavalla kuin neljä kuvaa aikaisemmin.
Wash the other box at the same way like four pictures ago.  

DONE!

Huomioi, että tämä oli piilolinssien pesu.
En laittanut piilolinssejä silmään koteloiden pesun ajaksi, vaan käytin varakoteloa.
Piilolinssit pitäisi puhdistaa noin kerran viikossa.

This was the way how I wash my contacts, I didn't put them in my eyes 
when I washed the boxes. 
You have to wash the contact lenses one time at the week.
