Miten valitsen cossihahmoni?/How do I choose my cosplay characters?

Näin ensimmäiseksi voin sanoa,
crossaan enemmän kuin cossaan.
Cossilistalla naisia on kaksi tai kolme ja loput ovat miehiä :D

First, I crossplay more than cosplay. 
In my cosplaylist, there is 2 or 3 girls and the rest of them are boys :D

Suurin osa miescosseistani tulee Otome game:n pohjalta tehdyistä animeista,
kuten
Natsuki,
Ikki ja
Shuu.

I mostly cosplay mans from the Otome games like
Natsuki,
Ikki and
Shuu.

Miten päädyin Natsukiin?
-Natsuki ei ole lempi hahmoni, mutta päädyin cossaamaan häntä sen takia,
että paras ystäväni halusi cossata Shou-chania :3
-Lempi hahmoni UtaPristä oikeastaan on Ittoki.
-Natsukin luonne kuitenkin kolahti täysin omaani, joten lopputulos oli hyvä ja onnistunut.

Miten päädtyin Ikkiin?
-ns. Playboy. Kyllä, mutta hyvin romanttinen sellainen.
-Olen toivoton romantikko, joten hahmon luonne ja romanttiset lauseet upposivat täysin.
-P.S. Saanpahan pervoilla, koska se kuuluu hahmoon :P

Miten päädyin Shuuhun?
-Diabolik Lovers on MindFuck -anime ja päädyin Shuuhun näin:

• Vihaan Ayatoa. 
• Olen liian pitkä Kanatoksi (wou ihme) ja liian hullu hahmo
• Olen liian lyhyt Reijiksi
• Raitoa olisin voinut cossata, mutta liian pervo luonne jo minun makuuni (ihme)
  ja
•  Subarun (wroom wrooom olipa hieno vitsi) luonne ei uponnut.

How did I choose Natsuki?
-Natsuki is not my favorite character from UtaPri but because my best friend wanted to cosplay
Shou-chan, my character was clear then.
-My favorite character from UtaPri is actually Ittoki xD

-Natuki's personality was just like mine so the final result was good. 

How did I choose Ikki? 
-Playboy? Yes, but romantic 
-I'm a hopeless romantic so Ikki and his romantic way was just like salkflglökdasäödlfkf 
-P.S. At least I can be a pervert :PP jk

How did I choose Shuu? 
-Diabolik Lovers is a MindFuck -anime, but I chose Shuu from this way: 

• I hate Ayato (that was simple) 
• I'm too tall for Kanato (wou a miracle) and I hate his personality 
• I'm too short for Reiji
• I wouldn't have cosplay Raito, but he is way too pervert xDD
• Subaru's (wroom wrooom ahhaaa i'm so funny) personality wasn't.... ugh no.

Rufus Barma
-Minua pyydettiin hahmoksi. Oikeastaan, olisin kyllä itse päättänyt itselleni tämän hahmon,
koska ennakkosuosikki. Ja tottakai, Shou-chanini cossaa Sheryliä ihihihihhihi <3
-People wanted me to cosplay this character. I also could have pick this character for me
because his my favorite. And of course, my Shou-chan is cosplaying Sheryl ihihhihihi <3

Yukina Kou
-Oma suosikki hahmo Sekai Ichi Hatsukoista, joten.... miksipä ei?
Ja sain söötin Kisan :DD
-My own favorite character from Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi so.... why not?
And I got cute Kisa. 

Dunya Musta'sim
-Minua pyydettiin hahmoksi
-People wanted me to cosplay this character

Tykkään valita hahmot myös sen perusteella, että ne sopivat kasvonpiirteisiini.
Jos eivät, meikkaan itseni sopivaksi kyseiseen hahmoon.

Koska, mitä enemmän siltä hahmolta näyttää, sitä paremmin cosplay onnistuu.
VAIKKA se nyt on epätodennäköistä, että omaa naamaa pystyy muuttamaan erilaiseksi eikä se todellakaan ole pakko.
Se on vain oma pakkomielteeni xD

I like to choose my characters the way how they fit to my face xDD
If they not, I'll make a makeup so they will. 

If you look like your character your cosplay has been succeed. 
EVEN it's unrealistic that you can change your face to someones other and you don't even have to try. 
But I want to look my characters, even I can not change my face ^^

Eyeliner-rajat cosplaymeikeissä/Eyeliner lines in cosplay makeups

Eyelinerin raja merkkaa paljon meille cossaajille.
Rajan muotoa ja kaarevuutta muuntamalla, saamme silmän näyttämään erilaiselta.
Kyseiset pienet rajat voivat auttaa sinua saamaan itsesti näyttämään
hahmoltasi.
Käytetään esimerkkinä vihaista ja sööttiä hahmoa.
Vihaiseen hahmoon kannattaa käyttää pistävää silmämeikkiä,
jotta oikeasti näyttäisit vihaiselta ja söpössä hahmossa taas hennot ja sievät meikit,
jotta näyttäisit söpöltä.
(En nyt siis tosiaankaan ole haukkumassa kenenkään meikkauksia hahmoihin)
Seuraavissa kuvissa musta raja merkkaa eyelinerin rajaa.

The line of the eyeliner means a lot to us cosplayers.
Changing the shapes of the lines, we can make our eyes to look different.
You can also make yourself to look like your character. 
Example: Angry character and cute character.
It's recommendable that you use spicy makeup with angry character and cute makeup 
with cute character. 
(I'm not insulting someones or anyone's makeups) 
At the next pictures, black line means eyeliner. 

Itse teen suurimpaan osaan hahmoistani kyseisen, yksinkertaisen silmämeikin.
Yleensä kyseinen meikki laitetaan iloisille ja suurisilmäisille hahmoille,

korostamaan niiden, yllätys yllätys, iloisuutta ja suuria silmiä.

I almost always make this kind of eyeliner line to my eyelids.
It's simple and I put it to happy characters which have big eyes. 

Jos haluaa tehdä silmästään isomman näköisen, kannattaa paksuntaa 

yläluomen eyeliner rajaa ja laittaa valkoista luomiväriä tai kajaalia

silmän vesirajaan.

If you want to make your eyes look even bigger,

you can make your upper eyelid's eyeliner line bigger and but white kohl or eyeshadow to your eyes waterline. 

Tässä taas on ilkeän hahmon silmämeikki.

Nostamalla ulointa rajaa ylemmäs, silmämeikistä tulee pistävämpi ja samoin katseesta.

Here is a eye makeup to mean character.

Raising the farthest line, you'll get spicy look. 

Tätä meikkiä itse käytän Rufuksessa. Rufuksella on ns. pitkät silmät ja 

hän on hyvin surullinen ja yksinäinen sekä tylsistyneen oloinen hahmo.

I use this makeup to Rufus. Rufus has "long" eyes

and he is very sad and bored character.

Kuvitellaan, että vaaleampi harmaa osuus on sinun silmäsi ja tummempi

harmaa taas näyttää eyelinerin suunnan.

Saadaksesi ns. "pitkät" silmät, jatka eyelinerin rajaa ylitse oman silmäsi rajan.

Paksunna rajaa niin, että yläluomessa oleva raja osuu ripsiesi rajaan.

Tämä siksi, että kyseinen viiva näyttäisi olevan silmää eikä silmästä lähtevä härpäke.

Let's imagine that the pale grey is your eye and the darker gray shows

you the direction of the eyeliner line.  

Making this "longer eyes" -makeup you have to draw a line

over your own eyes line (look at the picture)
Make the upper line (upper eyelid) bigger, 

that it touches your eyelashes.
Why?
Because if you don't do it, your makeup won't look like an eye, 

it looks like some kind of string is coming out of your eye.

Tällaisen meikin teen yleensä melankolisille hahmoille,

jotka eivät halua näyttää tunteitaan.

Kyseinen meikki sopii myös tylsistyneille hahmoille sekä väsyneille.

I make this kind of makeup to the characters which are melancholy,

don't want to share their feelings or which are very bored.

Tätä meikki voi käyttää surullisissa suurisilmäisissä hahmoissa, 

sekä niissä hahmoissa jotka ovat mieleltään vähän tööt tööt
Kulmakarvojen värjäys ja muoto merkkaa myös paljon.

You can use this make up with sad, big eyed characters

or with characters which are little bit insane.
And the way you color your eyebrows means a lot too. 


Vaaleanharmaa osa näyttää silmäsi paikan ja tummempi eyelinerin suunnan.
Saadaksesi kyseisen "sekasin/surullisen" olevan hahmon meikin,

jatkat eyelinerin rajaa jälleen yli oman silmäsi uloimman rajan.
Tällä kertaa jatka rajaa alas päin.

Pale grey shows your where your eye is and the darker one the direction of
the eyeliner.
To get this "insane" character cosplay makeup

you have to contieune the eyeliner line again over your eyes

own line.
This time continue the line lower.


Jos hahmollasi on pienet silmät, laita eyelineriä aivan lähelle

silmiesi vesirajaa. Meikki korostaa silti silmiä,

mutta ei suurenna niitä järjettömästi.

If your character has little eyes, put eyeliner close to your eyes

waterline.
It doesn't make your eyes look SO big.


Tässä taas on malli siitä, miten saada silmiä suuremmiksi.
Kannattaa myös lisätä valkoista kajaalia tai luomiväriä alaluomen sisempään reunaan ja vesirajaan, 

se tuo silmät esille eirttäin hyvin.

Here is an example how to make your eyes bigger.
You can also add white kohl and eyeshadow to your lower eyelid midst corner

and to your eyes waterline.

Muistakaa, 

en ole haukkumassa kenenkään silmämeikkejä,

eikä niillä loppujen lopuksi ole paljoa merkitystä.
Mutta tässä oli apua niille, 

jotka välttämättä haluavat kuvissa tai muutenkin cosplayssa korostaa hahmonsa

luonteenpiirteitä silmämeikkien pohjalta. 

Ja jos olet mies, ei ole huonoa käyttää meikkiä coplayssa ;)

It doesn't matter what kind of makeup are you wearing.
